Please Note: Submitting application does not guarantee a Vendor spot at Event. By submitting this application you are agreeing to all rules below and other policies set forth by Camp Roper.

Your vendor agrement includes * One (1) 20' x 50' dry camping spot and one (1) display parking space** by your booth.

* Marketing by Camp Roper before, during and after Event.

**VEHICLES displayed inside the vendor area will be staged during load-in and CAN NOT be moved during vendor row operating hours without express permission from Camp Roper management.

Prices are per AO event and does not include power fees. Contact us for other booth sizes not listed. *Please note: Everything must fit within your space purchased, with no exceptions! If you do not completely fit in the space you purchased, there will be an additional fee of $200.00 per 10' charged on the first day of the event.
Power Options(Required)
For power at your booth please select the option you will need. Power is only to be used for a vendor booth, no personal use is permitted. Anything detached from your vendor booth is considered personal use including RV or campers. You will need to supply your own power adapters and/or power cords needed to connect to the outlets.

Taxes & Fees: All vendors MUST have the appropriate licenses to participate at any Events at Camp Roper. Waynoka, OK sales tax is 10%. All Vendors are responsible for collecting, filing and paying their own OK Sales Tax. Please Note: If any Vendor DOES NOT pay their portion of sales tax to the City of Waynoka will be banned from participating in any future events at Camp Roper including 3rd party events that Camp Roper host on their property.

Liability Insurance: All vendors shall, at their own expense, at all times while participating in the event, maintain in force a commercial general liability insurance policy that covers claims arising out of the event. The amount of coverage must be equal or greater than the limits for claims made under the OK Tort Claims Act with a minimum coverage of $1,000,000 per occurrence (combined single limit for bodily injury and property damage claims) or $1,000,000 per occurrence for bodily injury and $100,000 per occurrence for property damage. Liability coverage must be provided on an "occurrence" basis. "Claims made" coverage will not be acceptable. Camp Roper shall be named as Certificate Holder AND Additional Insured. **If you need assistance with gaining insurance for this event, please contact info@camproper.com

Compliance with Laws: Company and AO shall be responsible for complying with all laws, rules, and regulations governing the performance of their respective obligations described in this Agreement, including without limitation, the obtaining of all authorizations, approvals, licenses, and permits that may be required by either party.

Concession Sales: All vendors desiring to participate in the Event must have all appropriate licenses as determined by AO in its sole and absolute discretion, including but not limited to a food license for food vendors and an Oklahoma sales tax permit to be displayed at their location, and must be pre-approved by AO prior to the Event in AO's sole and absolute discretion. AO shall have the right to prohibit any vendor from participating in the Event or entering onto AO's property including but not limited to the Licensed Premises.

Cancelation: Camp Roper has a limited number of Vendor space. Booth sites for Vendors who registered for events are held with the understood agreement of Vendor attending the event. Therefore, if Vendor decides to cancel, no show or leaves early from scheduled event, the Vendor will not be refunded any registration payments.

Force Majeure: The parties to this Agreement shall have the right to cancel the Event for "Good Cause". For purposes of this Agreement, "Good Cause" shall mean an act of God, acts of nature, fire, national emergency, terrorism, action or inaction of government authorities having jurisdiction over either of the parties, labor disturbances, or any other event beyond the reasonable control of the parties which impairs or prevents the holding of the Event. If the Event is canceled for Good Cause, then neither party will have any other liability to the other party hereto.

No Warranties: AO expressly disclaims any and all warranties, express or implied, with respect to the Licensed Premises including but not limited to any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for particular purposes. Company hereby waives all claims against AO for losses, damages, costs, and expense (including, without limitation, loss of profits and incidental or consequential damages) arising out of the use, occupancy, operation, or maintenance of the Licensed Premises or otherwise concerning the Licensed Premises.
